At the end of each cycle, the store temporarily closes (don't worry, just for a day or two), processes orders and reopens for the next cycle of shopping. Orders typically are delivered within two to four weeks after the cycle closes.
Despite our best efforts, sometimes items are unexpectedly out-of-stock. If that's the case, no worries! We will refund you promptly.
